Part 2 - Option 1

The Project Discovery Meeting is the exciting first step in bringing your vision to life. This inspiring session is where we dive into the heart of your project, exploring the space and imagining the possibilities together. It’s a high-level conversation designed to uncover your dreams, priorities, and wish-list items while setting the stage for what’s to come.

During this Discovery Meeting —held at Metric, through a digital platform, or in the comfort of your space—we’ll discuss your ideas, review existing plans, and outline the journey ahead, including budgeting and what you can expect from the process.

Following our meeting, Metric will craft a Vision Plan Proposal tailored to your project, which will typically include:

  • Concept Direction: A creative preview of the potential of your space & our vision.

  • Integration Plan & Deliverables: A road map for transforming ideas into reality.

  • Meeting Recap: A summary of our discussion, ensuring alignment on every detail.

  • Investment Details: A clear overview of your project's financial road map.

This meeting is generally your first step toward a thoughtfully designed, beautifully realized space that reflects your style and needs. Please note that this will capture roughly 1-1.5 hours of your time. Let’s dream, plan, and create something extraordinary together.

Let the Ideas Roll! This dynamic session is the perfect way to jumpstart your project with a burst of fresh creativity. Whether you’re reimagining a space or exploring new design possibilities, this in-person or virtual meeting will spark ideas and solutions “on the fly” to transform your vision into reality.

Here’s what you can expect from this energizing experience:

  • A personalized live brainstorming session where we generate ideas tailored to your space and style.

  • A curated sample box with materials to inspire your design journey.

  • Follow-up drawings/sketches, action list, and detailed meeting notes to keep you on track and bring your ideas to life.

  • Product selection quoting if you found something that peaked your interest

  • Vision Plan Proposal if you are interested in further services

This meeting is ideal for initially reviewing plans for new developments, dreaming up layouts and functions for your current space, selecting new tile, paint, and wallpaper, or giving your decor a refresh with light, impactful updates. This is also a great way to get your feet wet in the design process.

This meeting is all about creativity, collaboration, and sparking the potential of your space. Please note that this will capture roughly 2-2.5 hours of your time and is based on roughly 4 hours of a designer’s time. Let’s get inspired and start building something beautiful together!
